Delete Account - Policy + Danger Zone

1. Who Can Delete?
Both Client and Nurse can delete their account by themselves from this page. CEO cannot delete for you. This is self-service Danger Zone.

2. What Gets Deleted?
• Firebase Auth login (Email + Continue with Google)
• Firestore profile: clients/{uid} or nurses/{uid}
• Bookings, payments, ratings, earnings, withdrawal history
• GPS actual place name (e.g., Accra, Greater Accra, Ghana), lat/lng, map data
• Profile photo, video intro, CV, licence
• Chat history (anonymized after 30 days)

3. What is Kept for Legal?
• Deletion reason log saved to deletion_logs and account_deletions for CEO dashboard review (reason, more details, GPS actual name, timestamp, country) - kept for 90 days for audit.
• Payment records anonymized as required by Paystack / law.

4. 8 Countries Rule:
Deletion works in all 8 countries: Ghana (MoMo+Card), Nigeria, South Africa, UK, USA, Australia, UAE, Canada, Other. Outside Ghana: Debit + Virtual Card only. GPS actual name required during deletion to verify location.

5. Re-registration:
After deletion you can register again with same email after 5 minutes. Old data cannot be restored.

6. How to Delete?
Scroll down to Danger Zone → Select reason → Write more details (optional) → Confirm email → Password with eye toggle (fading eye with slash) or Continue with Google re-auth → Type DELETE → Check confirmation → Delete by yourself.

7. Support:
If you have active bookings, complete or cancel them first. For refund, request before deletion via Refund page. Contact: support@lovecareglobal.com
