Terms of Service - LOVE CARE GLOBAL HOME NURSING

1. Acceptance

By using our website asaberepeter204.github.io and app, you agree to these Terms, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Consent Form, and Delete Account Policy.

2. Services

We connect clients with verified nurses for home nursing care. Nurses are verified by CEO at ceo-dashboard.html. We are not a hospital, but a home care platform.

3. Booking & Payment

All bookings are paid via Paystack before nurse receives job in my-job-offer.html. Booking ID (LCG-YYYYMMDD-XXXXXX) is proof of payment. Hourly pricing: total = hourly × hours/day (from Start/End) × quantity + transport. CEO sets hourly rate in CEO Dashboard.

4. User Responsibilities

• Clients: Provide accurate phone with country code (+233), address, GPS, patient info, safe environment, sign consent form.
• Nurses: Provide professional care, keep confidentiality, arrive on time, no extra charges, use SOS if emergency.

5. Prohibited

No spam in nurses_group_chat, no fake documents, no harassment. CEO can block nurses at CEO Dashboard → Block Manager, wipe chat with Master Delete (type WIPE).

6. Liability

We verify nurses but clients must supervise care. We are not liable for medical outcomes beyond providing verified nurse. Use SOS for emergencies.

7. Account Deletion

Both client and nurse can delete account by themselves at delete-account.html with reason, GPS actual name saved to deletion_logs for 90 days. See Delete Account Policy for details.

8. Governing Law

Ghana law applies, but service operates in 8 countries: GH, NG, ZA, GB, US, AU, AE, CA, OTHER.
