Services Policy - LOVE CARE GLOBAL HOME NURSING

1. What We Offer

LOVE CARE GLOBAL provides trained, verified nurses for home-based care. Our services include:

• General Home Nursing: Daily care, medication administration, vital signs monitoring, wound dressing.
• Elderly Care: Companionship, mobility support, personal hygiene, chronic disease management.
• Post-Surgery Care: Recovery monitoring, wound care, physiotherapy assistance, medication compliance.
• Child & Baby Care: Newborn care, pediatric nursing, immunization support.
• 24-Hour Live-In Care: Continuous care at client's home - daily, weekly, monthly packages.
• Hospital Companion: Nurses to stay with patients in hospital.
• Specialized Care: Diabetes, hypertension, stroke recovery, palliative care.

2. Nurse Verification

All nurses are verified by CEO (lovecareglobal@gmail.com) before they can receive job offers:

• Photo ID, National ID, Nursing Licence, Certificate, CV, Intro Video
• GPS location and actual address verified
• Phone and email verified
• Status: Pending → CEO Approves → Approved → Can login and receive jobs
• Blocked nurses cannot receive jobs or chat (CEO can block/unblock at CEO Dashboard)

3. Pricing Policy - Hourly Based

Pricing is calculated as: Hourly Rate × Hours Per Day × Quantity (days/weeks) + Transport

• Ghana (GHS): Example 50 GHS/hour (CEO sets hourly in CEO Dashboard → Pricing). Daily 8h = 400 GHS, Weekly 40h = 2000 GHS, Monthly 160h = 8000 GHS. 24h live-in: Daily 24h = 1200 GHS.
• Outside Ghana (USD): Example 5 USD/hour. Daily 8h = 40 USD, etc.
• Hours From Start/End Time: Client selects Start Time and End Time (e.g., 08:00-17:00 = 9 hrs). System calculates total hours automatically.
• Client Offer: Client can offer above minimum. Nurse sees offer in My Job Offers.
• Payment: Paystack (GHS, NGN, ZAR, USD, GBP) - payment before booking is sent to nurse.

CEO sets hourly rate at ceo-dashboard.html → Pricing. All clients see updated rates automatically.

4. Booking & Job Offer Flow

• Client searches nearby nurses (2km, 5km, 10km, 20km, All Ghana) on map
• Client selects nurse, fills patient name, phone with country code (+233), service type, Start/End time, quantity
• System calculates total hours and amount, client pays via Paystack
• Booking saved to: bookings/{id}, nurseBookings/{nurseId}/{id}, myJobOffers/{nurseId}/{id}, jobOffers/{id}, clientBookings/{phone}/{id}
• Nurse receives job in My Job Offers page (my-job-offer.html) with Booking ID, client phone (+country code), amount, patient details
• Nurse accepts job, contacts client, service begins

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate patient information, address, GPS, phone with country code
• Ensure safe working environment for nurse
• Pay agreed amount before service starts (Paystack)
• Sign Consent Form (consent-form.html) before care begins
• For 24h live-in: Provide accommodation, meals, resting area for nurse

6. Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide professional, compassionate care as per service booked
• Keep patient information confidential
• Arrive on time as per Start Time, work until End Time
• Update CEO or client in case of emergency, use SOS page
• No extra charges beyond agreed offer unless approved by CEO

7. Safety & Quality

• All nurses approved by CEO only - no unverified nurse can receive jobs
• CEO can wipe group chat and block misbehaving nurses at CEO Dashboard → Group Chat Master Controls
• Nurses group chat (nurse-group-chat.html) - clean chat, no spam, CEO monitored
• Ratings system: Clients can rate nurses after service (ratings collection)
• SOS Alerts: For emergencies, use sos.html - CEO and nurses notified

8. Cancellation & Refund

See Refund Policy (refund.html) - cancellations allowed before nurse acceptance. After acceptance, 50% refund if within 24h, no refund after service starts unless nurse fails to appear.
