1. Who we are

LOVE CARE GLOBAL HOME NURSING provides licensed nurses to your doorstep in 8 countries (Ghana, Nigeria, UK, USA, Canada, Germany, South Africa, UAE). We operate at https://asaberepeter204.github.io/LOVE-CARE-GLOBAL-HOME-NURSING-/ and as an installed PWA / Android APK built via PWABuilder.

2. Information we collect

• Client data: Name, phone, location (for GPS verified visit), address, care type, payment info via Paystack (we do not store card numbers).
• Nurse data (2-step verification): Photo, government ID, nursing licence, video intro, GPS location at registration, phone, bank details for payouts.
• Booking data: Booking ID, date/time, service type, ratings, chat messages in nurse-group-chat.
• Technical data: IP, device type, browser, PWA install status, approximate location (for live tracking).
• SOS data: Location and phone when you use SOS Emergency.

3. How we use it

• Match clients with verified nurses, show photo/video/rating before booking.
• Live GPS tracking of nurse to client (with consent).
• Process payments (Paystack GHS/USD + 50% online option, Pay on Delivery).
• Verify nurses (CEO manual check of ID, licence, video).
• Safety, fraud prevention, no double-booking (availability lock).
• Support via WhatsApp +233544121814 and Call +233544121814.
• Improve app, offline mode, push notifications for bookings.

4. Sharing

We share only what is needed:

• Clients see nurse profile (photo, first name, rating, video intro) — not ID or bank.
• Nurses see client booking address/phone for that job only.
• Paystack for payments, Firebase (if enabled) for bookings, GitHub Pages for hosting.
• We do NOT sell data. We do NOT share with advertisers.
• Law enforcement if required by law in Ghana or service countries.

5. Your rights

• Access, correct, or delete your data: Use Delete Account page or email asaberepeter204@gmail.com or WhatsApp +233544121814.
• Nurses can request removal of video profile.
• Opt-out of GPS tracking after booking is delivered (tracking only during active job).

6. Data storage & security

• Data stored in localStorage on device for offline mode + Firebase encrypted.
• IDs and licences stored securely, viewed only by CEO for verification.
• HTTPS, Paystack PCI compliance, PWA service worker caching.
• We retain bookings for 2 years for legal / refund purposes.

7. Children's privacy

We provide baby care but we do not collect data from children directly. All bookings by parents/guardians 18+.

8. International transfers

Your data may be processed in Ghana and other service countries (UK, USA, etc.) where nurses/clients operate, with same privacy protections.

9. Cookies / PWA

We use localStorage, service worker cache (sw.js), and Google Fonts. No advertising cookies.

10. Changes

We update this policy on this page. Continued use after update means acceptance.
